Automotive Spare Parts Sales Manager

Job Description We are looking for an experienced and results\-oriented **Automotive Spare Parts Sales Manager** to lead our spare parts sales operations in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, leading the sales team, and achieving sales and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement sales strategies for automotive spare parts. * Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts. * Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. * Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. * Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure product availability. * Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers when required. * Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly. * Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary. Requirements * Proven experience in **automotive spare parts sales and management**. * Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership position. * Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and the local market. * Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools. * Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. * Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred. * Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
