If you can bring clients, build a team, protect audit quality, generate profit, and think like a partner, we would like to speak with you. **Requirements:** * Qualified auditor holding a recognized professional qualification or fellowship, such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent. * Minimum 15 years of professional experience in audit and assurance. * Strong audit experience within the UAE market. * Existing client relationships and proven ability to develop new business. * Ability to build, lead, and manage an audit team. * Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, compliance, and quality control. * Leadership mindset, professional integrity, and commitment to growing the audit practice. We are looking for a senior professional who is not only seeking employment, but also has the ambition and capability to build and grow with the firm toward a future partnership opportunity.
