Roles and Responsibilities Conduct speech therapy sessions with patients to improve communication skills, articulation, and language development. Evaluate patient needs through assessment tests such as audiometry, speech recognition testing, and other diagnostic tools. Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their unique requirements. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with hearing impairments or speech disorders. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with families about treatment outcomes. 2-5 years of experience in audiology or speech pathology field (B.Sc + DLO). Strong knowledge of audiology principles, speech therapy techniques, and related technologies (e.g., speech recognition software). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently while also being part of a team environment.
