We are an established, 10\-year DHA Multi\-Specialty Medical Centre in Dubai offering an exceptional, high\-yield production commission opportunity for an experienced Specialist Dermatologist, Aesthetic GP, or Senior Laser/Facial Therapist with an established local patient base. ​Our facility features a modern, fully equipped Dermatology and Aesthetic suite designed for laser hair removal, injectables, cosmetology, and advanced facial therapies. We provide full DHA facility support and front\-desk administration, allowing you to focus entirely on clinical excellence and revenue growth on a flexible **Full\-Time** or **Part\-Time** basis. ​Preferred Roles \& Specialties * ​**Specialist Dermatologist / GP Aesthetic Doctor** * ​**Senior Laser Hair Removal Therapist** * ​**Licensed Cosmetologist / Advanced Facial Therapist** ​What We Provide * ​**High Production Commission:** Up to 40%–50% commission based on personal revenue generated (after direct consumable costs). * ​**Turnkey Facility Support:** Seamless DHA facility license transfer/addition, front\-desk reception, billing, appointment scheduling, DEWA, Wi\-Fi, and daily sanitization. * ​**Fully Equipped Suite:** High\-end aesthetic treatment room, laser units, facial beds, and patient consultation spaces. * ​**Flexible Work Model:** Full\-time or part\-time shifts customized to match your patient schedule. ​Requirements * ​**Active DHA License / Eligibility Letter** as a Specialist Dermatologist, GP with Aesthetic privileges, or Licensed Laser Therapist. * ​**Minimum 5\+ years of clinical experience** in reputable aesthetic/dermatology clinics in Dubai. * ​**Established Patient Base:** Proven track record of an ongoing, loyal patient pool in the UAE. * ​**Performance\-Driven:** Looking for uncapped earnings tied directly to production rather than a fixed desk salary.
