The job post will close on 21th Sept. **Responsibilities**: * Monitor hotel operations, service standards, guest experience, costs, and operator performance. * Review management reports, guest feedback, audits, and operational risks. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, revenue performance, and asset value. * Ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, safety requirements, and approved business plans. * Review and coordinate OS\&E and FF\&E selections, mock\-ups, installation readiness, and handover. * Support capital projects and asset enhancements while minimizing operational disruption. * Coordinate with hotel operators, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. * Prepare operational reports and track improvement actions through completion. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Asset Management, Project Management, or a related field. * 12\+ years of relevant experience in hospitality operations, hotel asset management, operational readiness, or capital project delivery. * Strong knowledge of hotel operations, SOPs, brand standards, guest experience, and quality assurance. * Experience with OS\&E, FF\&E, operational audits, and improvement plans. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and problem\-solving skills. * Experience in hotels, mixed\-use developments, or large\-scale destinations is preferred.
