Assistant to the Owner Location: Dubai, UAE We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the owner across multiple businesses operating in real estate, recruitment, retail, and services. Key Responsibilities \* Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings. \* Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents. \* Handle emails, correspondence, and filing systems. \* Coordinate with staff, suppliers, and clients. \* Maintain records, contracts, and confidential documents. \* Assist with HR, recruitment, licensing, and general administration. \* Follow up on business tasks and ensure deadlines are met. \* Support day\-to\-day operations across multiple companies. Requirements \* 2\+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant. \* Excellent English communication skills. \* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. \* Highly organized, discreet, and able to multitask. \* UAE experience is an advantage. Salary: 3000\-3500, based on experience. Pay: AED3,000\.00 \- AED3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
