Assistant Storekeeper

James L Williams Middle East (JLW) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Storekeeper to join our Stores team and support our growing Data Centre projects across the UAE and KSA. Key Responsibilities: • Handle daily store activities at project sites. • Receive and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents. • Maintain accurate inventory records. • Ensure proper storage, labelling, and preservation of materials in accordance with project specifications and HSE standards. • Issue materials based on approved material requisitions and maintain accurate transaction records. • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse/store. • Identify and report damaged, expired, or obsolete materials. • Maintain records of tools, equipment, lifting accessories, calibration certificates, and fixed assets. • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 3 years of experience in the MEP construction industry . • Experience in handling tools, equipment, and fixed asset records. • Good knowledge of documentation and inventory management systems. • Physically fit and able to work in project store environments. • Good communication skills with the ability to read and write English ( Hindi speaking is preferred ). • Good understanding of material storage procedures and workplace safety practices. • Willingness to work in the UAE and KSA as per company requirements.
