Assistant Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities • New Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients, B2B accounts, and government entities to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Account Breakthroughs: Strategic mapping of key accounts to uncover high-volume opportunities for promotional merchandise, corporate gifts, and bespoke branded production services. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, consultative relationships with procurement, marketing, and HR decision-makers, providing them with continuous support, product trends, and industry insights. • Tailored Solutions & Consultative Selling: Understand client campaign goals to conceptualize and pitch tailor-made, innovative marketing merchandise solutions. • End-to-End Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process, including preparing creative proposals, presenting pitches, negotiating commercial terms, and overseeing smooth transition to production/delivery. Preferred candidate profile : • Experience: 3 to 5 years in Sales/Business Development within Advertising, Corporate Gifting, Promotional Merchandise, or Creative Production . • Experience selling B2B solutions to MNCs and/or Government clients in the UAE. • 5+ years of team management or sales leadership experience (for Assistant Sales Manager role). • Driving License: Valid UAE driving license preferred. • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and multitasking abilities. • Contact : /
