Assistant Restaurant Manager

**Summary** ----------- We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla. Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers. **Your Role** As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** · Assist in managing daily restaurant operations · Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction · Supervise restaurant staff and support scheduling · Coordinate with kitchen and other departments · Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently · Monitor inventory, service standards, and operational efficiency **Qualifications** ------------------ **Qualifications** · Previous experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role · Strong leadership and team management skills · Good understanding of service standards and guest experience · Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment · Strong organizational and communication skills · Excellent English communication
