**Job Summary** We are seeking a motivated and hands\-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can supervise team members, deliver excellent guest service, maintain quality standards, and help ensure smooth front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced hospitality environment and is ready to grow with a professional restaurant team. **Key Responsibilities** · Assist with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. · Supervise, coach, and motivate staff during assigned shifts to ensure excellent service and productivity. · Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to customer concerns, and resolve issues professionally. · Support scheduling, staffing, onboarding, and training of new and current team members. · Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. · Coordinate communication between front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house teams. · Monitor product quality, service standards, inventory levels, and operational needs. · Assist with cash handling, sales reporting, cost control, and waste reduction. · Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment. · Step in as manager on duty when required and make sound operational decisions. **Qualifications** · Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Shift Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar hospitality role preferred. · Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. · Excellent customer service attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure. · Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, hygiene practices, and service standards. · Ability to supervise diverse teams and support staff development. · Basic understanding of inventory control, cash handling, scheduling, and reporting. · Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. · High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business education is a plus. Pay: BD350\.000 \- BD450\.000 per month Work Location: In person
