The main duties and responsibilities for this role are: * Conduct interviews with candidates to ensure quality hires. * Ensure that the S\&L team members are appraised, consulted, and developed for mutual benefit and continuous growth. * Ensure that company equipment under S\&L is well maintained. * Supervise the beach services team to ensure that all the areas are clean and tidy. * Checking that all checklists are filled up properly and the work is followed up. * Walk around the beach area to make sure all guests are satisfied with the service provided. * Handle guests’ complaints. * To ensure that operating procedures are carried out according to hotel standards and guest satisfaction. * To carry out duties as required for duty management shift for sports \& Leisure department. * To ensure that Beach services team colleague files are maintained and organized properly. * To ensure that all training records are maintain properly and make sure that every employee get 6 hours training per month **About You:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * A Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management or any other relevant field. * A minimum of 5 years work experience for a luxury hotel * A minimum of 2 years management experience in a similar role. * A Middle East experience. **About the Benefits:** We offer an attractive tax\-free salary, paid in Bahraini Dinar (BHD), the local currency of Bahrain.
