**WE ARE HIRING – ASSISTANT QA/QC**
**Position:** QA/QC
**Location:** UAE
We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **Assistant QA/QC** to join our National Laboratory team and support the implementation and maintenance of laboratory QA/QC procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in monitoring QA/QC activities within the laboratory.
* Ensure laboratory testing activities follow approved procedures and applicable standards.
* Assist in maintaining the laboratory Quality Management System and related documentation.
* Review laboratory test records, reports, and quality documents.
* Assist with calibration and equipment records.
* Monitor testing procedures and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
* Assist in handling non\-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Maintain QA/QC records and ensure documents are properly controlled.
* Coordinate with laboratory staff to maintain consistent quality and reliable testing results.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in **Civil, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering**.
* Minimum of 3 Years Experience in the field of **Building Material Testing and Geotechnical Testing Laboratory**.
* Knowledge of **ISO/IEC 17025** and laboratory quality systems is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of **ASTM, BS, EN, ISO** and other relevant testing standards.
* Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* UAE laboratory experience will be an advantage.
