Assistant Manager - Legal Operations

This is a full time position based in Doha, Qatar. **What we're looking for** -------------------------- **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, legal administration, or a related function * Experience within the banking, financial services, or corporate sector is highly preferred * Knowledge of Qatar laws, banking regulations, and corporate governance practices is an advantage * Experience supporting legal documentation, contract lifecycle management, and regulatory reporting * Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage **Skills \& Competencies** * Expertise in legal operations, contract administration, and document management * Capable of coordinating legal requests, contract approvals, and litigation support activities * Adept at maintaining legal records, document retention, and legal management systems * Experience supporting regulatory compliance, governance initiatives, and internal audits * Proficiency in preparing legal reports, management dashboards, and operational performance metrics * Effective stakeholder engagement with internal business units, external legal counsel, and regulatory authorities * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities
