Company: Nestlé Dubai Manufacturing LLC and Nestlé Middle East Manufacturing Location: Dubai Full\-time **POSITION SUMMARY** The Hygienist is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving hygiene, sanitation, environmental monitoring, and pest management programs to ensure food safety, regulatory compliance, and the production of safe, high\-quality products. **A DAY IN THE LIFE …*** Lead and maintain factory hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation programs to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards. * Manage environmental monitoring, microbiological verification, and hygiene inspections to identify and mitigate contamination risks. * Oversee pest management activities and drive corrective actions to maintain a hygienic manufacturing environment. * Ensure effective implementation of hygienic zoning, personnel practices, and contamination prevention controls. * Conduct hygiene audits, trend analyses, and root cause investigations, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Support compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal, and regulatory requirements, ensuring audit readiness at all times. * Deliver training and coaching to employees and contractors on hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen food safety culture and operational excellence. **WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL…*** Bachelor Degree in Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology ,etc.… * Must Have experience in UAE, And know the food safety standards and regulations in Dubai. * From 3 to 5 Years of experience in Food Manufacturing/ Hospitality. * Must be proficient in both written and spoken English.
