Assistant Manager

**Assistant Studio Manager – Orangetheory Fitness \& Club Pilates By Rhone Fitness** We are looking for a reliable and organized female Assistant Studio Manager, based in Kuwait, to support daily operations across our Orangetheory Fitness and Club Pilates studios. The ideal candidate will help prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering attendance, class fill rates, and revenue, while also assisting with staff scheduling, coordination, and onboarding across both locations. This role requires strong customer service skills, as the candidate will be the first point of contact for handling member concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for every client who walks through the door. We're looking for someone organized, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working across two different studio environments, with the ability to step in and manage day\-to\-day operations when the Studio Manager is unavailable. Previous experience in a supervisory or fitness industry role is preferred, along with hands\-on experience using Mindbody and Glofox for scheduling, bookings, and reporting. Candidates must be at least 27 years old, currently residing in Kuwait, and hold a transferable residency visa. Bilingual candidates (English/Arabic) are encouraged to apply.
