If you re driven by creativity, excellence, and a desire to be part of something extraordinary, we invite you to help bring this vision to life. • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred. • 3 - 6 years of experience in luxury butler service, guest relations, or villa operations. • Previous experience in a supervisory or Senior Butler role within a Forbes Five-Star or ultra-luxury hotel or resort. • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and personalised guest service. • Experience within Rooms Division, Butler Service, Front Office, or Guest Experience operations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver intuitive, personalised service. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and guest management systems is advantageous. • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Passion for luxury hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
