Assistant Facilities Manager

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to support the effective management of facilities operations across its portfolio. The role involves overseeing maintenance activities, supervising teams and contractors, and ensuring properties are maintained to high operational and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the Facilities Manager in daily operations across residential and commercial properties * Supervise in\-house staff, technicians, and third\-party service providers * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations * Monitor service contracts, SLAs, and KPIs to ensure quality performance * Coordinate with tenants and clients to address maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently * Conduct regular site inspections and prepare reports on asset condition and performance * Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes * Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation (CAFM system preferred) * Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to management **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field * Minimum 4–6 years of experience in facilities or property management * Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance practices * Experience managing teams and contractors * Familiarity with CAFM systems and MS Office * Good communication, problem\-solving, and organizational skills * Knowledge of UAE regulations and safety standards Job Type: Full\-time Pay: AED10,000\.00 \- AED12,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
