**Job Description \- Asset Management and CAFM Lead** ===================================================== **Job Title:** Asset Management and CAFM Lead **Reports To:** Performance Management Lead **Purpose** ----------- Lead asset management activities and implement the CAFM system to ensure accurate asset information, effective lifecycle management, and reliable work management and reporting aligned to client objectives. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ ### **Asset Management** * Develop and maintain an Asset Management Plan aligned with ISO 55001 principles. * Conduct asset management maturity assessments and deliver improvement roadmaps. * Establish lifecycle plans covering acquisition, operation, maintenance, and disposal. * Implement and maintain asset information and condition assessment processes. * Develop asset health scorecards and recommend investment priorities based on evidence. * Lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the CAFM system. * Ensure CAFM configuration aligns with contractual and client requirements and integrates with existing systems. * Define data standards, ensure data quality, and enforce workflows and business rules. * Enable work intake and management (including call center), mobile working, and SLA/KPI monitoring. * Manage user access, training, and compliance with client IT security requirements. * Produce CAFM usage and performance reports for internal and client stakeholders. * Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related discipline. * 10\+ years' experience in asset management and/or facilities management. * Demonstrated experience implementing and administering CAFM systems and managing asset data. * Working knowledge of ISO 55001 and asset lifecycle management; strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. ### **CAFM and Data Governance** * Lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the CAFM system. * Ensure CAFM configuration aligns with contractual and client requirements and integrates with existing systems. * Define data standards, ensure data quality, and enforce workflows and business rules. * Enable work intake and management (including call center), mobile working, and SLA/KPI monitoring. * Manage user access, training, and compliance with client IT security requirements. * Produce CAFM usage and performance reports for internal and client stakeholders. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related discipline. * 10\+ years' experience in asset management and/or facilities management. * Demonstrated experience implementing and administering CAFM systems and managing asset data. * Working knowledge of ISO 55001 and asset lifecycle management; strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. **Experience** -------------- * Managing asset data, registers, and lifecycle assessments. * Developing asset management policies, plans, and governance processes. * Supporting service delivery monitoring through SLAs and KPIs. * Workflow management and process improvement in operational environments. * Experience in airport or similarly complex facilities is preferred. **Work Environment** -------------------- * Office\-based with periodic site visits across facilities. * May require handling and carrying light equipment as needed.
