Takwene, the first YouTube Certified Partner in the MENA region, is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Artist Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between artists and the digital ecosystem, helping talent grow their audiences and maximize their impact across global platforms. **About Takwene** ----------------- Takwene is a creator\-focused company dedicated to helping artists across the MENA region succeed in the digital space. We provide digital distribution, copyright protection, and marketing services that support artists in growing their audiences globally. We manage hundreds of thousands of audio and video assets, including Bedouin and Libyan music, and offer end\-to\-end solutions designed to elevate artists at every stage of their careers. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Develop and execute tailored growth strategies for each artist, aligned with their creative vision and career goals. * Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse roster of artists, serving as their primary point of contact for all business and strategic matters. * Collaborate with internal teams including distribution, marketing, and copyright to deliver comprehensive support to artists. * Analyze platform performance data across YouTube, streaming services, and social media to identify growth opportunities and optimize content strategies. * Coordinate the release planning process, including scheduling, asset delivery, and promotional campaigns for audio and video content. * Negotiate and facilitate partnerships, brand deals, and collaboration opportunities on behalf of managed artists. * Educate artists on best practices for digital content creation, audience engagement, and monetization strategies. * Monitor industry trends across the MENA music landscape and digital creator economy to keep artists competitive and informed. **Required Qualifications** --------------------------- * Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * 3\+ years of experience in artist management, talent management, music industry, or a closely related role. * Demonstrated understanding of digital music distribution platforms and streaming ecosystems (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long\-term relationships with creative talent. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment. * Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Experience working with artists in the MENA region, particularly within different music genres. * Familiarity with YouTube Content ID, copyright management, and digital rights management (DRM) processes. * Prior experience at a music label, digital distributor, or creator\-focused agency. * Existing network of industry contacts including producers, promoters, and brand partners in the region. * Understanding of social media growth strategies and influencer marketing within the Arab digital space. * **Located in KSA is a must.** **Technical Skills** -------------------- * Proficiency in YouTube Studio and YouTube Analytics. * Experience with digital distribution platforms and content management systems. * Competence in data analysis tools and reporting dashboards to track artist performance metrics. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for reporting and communication.
