The role is responsible for managing the sales team within the assigned area, developing strategic plans, and building strong customer relationships to ensure sustainable growth and increase the company’s market share. **Key Accountabilities:** ------------------------- * Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned area. * Manage and lead the sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets. * Identify target markets and potential customers to expand the customer base. * Prepare regular reports on area performance, including sales, opportunities, and challenges. * Develop relationships with key customers and ensure their continued satisfaction. * Train and develop team members’ skills in alignment with the company’s objectives. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:** -------------------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum **5 years of experience in sales**, including at least **2 years managing sales teams**. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and achieve targets. * Fluency in **Arabic and English**, both spoken and written. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and **CRM systems.**
