Area Manager

Responsible for overseeing and managing multiple sales booths, ensuring smooth daily operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining company standards across all assigned locations. Key Responsibilities * Manage and monitor the daily operations of assigned booths. * Ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved. * Monitor booth staff performance, attendance, and productivity. * Visit booths regularly and ensure proper staffing and coverage. * Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company standards. * Monitor stock levels, product availability, and booth requirements. * Review sales and operational reports and take corrective actions when needed. * Coordinate with HR, Finance, Logistics, and other departments. * Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions. * Support and guide booth staff to improve sales performance. * Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Qualifications \& Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field. * 3–5 years of experience in sales, retail, or managing multiple locations/booths. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Sales\-oriented with strong target achievement skills. * Good problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting.
