We’re Hiring: Area Manager QSR Location: Qatar Company : Ajwan trading and hospitality group Job Type: Full\-time Key Responsibilities 1\- Supervise daily operations of multiple restaurants within an assigned area. 2\-Monitor performance and compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and quality standards. 3\-Conduct branch visits and audits to ensure operational consistency. 4\-Review sales, labor, and cost performance reports; take corrective actions. 5\-Support Restaurant Managers in achieving customer service targets. 6\-Assist in staff training, coaching, and succession development. 7\-Ensure branches meet legal, safety, and licensing requirements. 8\-Assist in pre\-opening and post\-opening evaluations for new branches. 9\-Monitor visual merchandising and brand representation in stores. 10\-Enforce group policy and disciplinary guidelines consistently. 11\-Ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly and documented. 12\-Support promotional activities and campaign rollouts. 13\-Report critical issues to the Operations Manager and propose solutions. 14\-Maintain strong communication and coordination across branches. Qualifications, skills and experience Qualifications: ·Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, or related field. Experience: ·5\+ years in F\&B operations with multi\-unit supervision. ·Experience in coaching, inspections, and reporting. Knowledge and Skills: ·Knowledge of restaurant operations, hygiene, and safety standards. ·Proficient in POS, ERP, and operational systems. ·Excellent time and territory management skills. ·Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. ·Multi\-branch coordination. ·Cost and waste control practices. ·Complaint handling and recovery. ·Pre\-opening and readiness protocols. ·Staff planning and discipline support. ·Promotion and campaign operations. ·Visual brand consistency. ·Field team supervision. ·Flexibility and responsiveness. ·Brand integrity management.
