Architectural Project Lead

About the Role Green Architect BD is seeking an experienced, detail\-oriented Architectural Project Lead to manage sustainable residential and commercial projects from concept through completion. You will lead design teams, coordinate with engineering consultants, and oversee client communications and site operations to ensure high\-quality execution. Key Responsibilities * Lead architectural design teams through schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. * Coordinate multi\-disciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and civil engineering consultants. * Serve as the primary client contact, presenting design concepts and delivering project status updates. * Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, land\-use regulations, and environmental standards. * Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure quality control, and resolve design queries. * Manage project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budgets. Requirements \& Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university; IAB accreditation preferred. * 5\+ years of architectural practice, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software (V\-Ray/Lumion). * Strong knowledge of local building bylaws, construction materials, and sustainable design practices. * Proven team leadership, project coordination, and client management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
