Architectural Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced **Architectural Interior Designer** to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural and interior design, with the ability to develop creative, functional, and technically detailed designs for residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities * Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements. * Prepare detailed **2D drawings, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior details**. * Develop interior design concepts, material selections, finishes, furniture layouts, and color schemes. * Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings for site execution. * Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design requirements. * Review project drawings and ensure designs comply with project specifications and requirements. * Prepare presentations, mood boards, material boards, and design proposals. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams. * Conduct site visits and provide design clarification and technical support when required. * Review shop drawings, material samples, and finishes to ensure compliance with approved designs. * Assist with material selection, BOQ preparation, and design\-related cost considerations. * Identify design and technical issues and coordinate solutions with the project team. * Ensure drawings and documentation are properly updated and maintained throughout the project. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in **Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field**. * Proven experience in architectural and interior design, preferably within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of **AutoCAD** and other relevant design software. * Experience with **SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar software** is an advantage. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Good understanding of construction materials, finishes, furniture, and interior detailing. * Strong coordination and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple design requirements and meet project deadlines. * **Immediate joiner preferred.** * **Candidates must be locally available in Bahrain.** * Previous experience in Bahrain or GCC construction/interior projects is an advantage.
