Architectural Engineer

**General Description:** We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Architectural Engineer to join our team. At the beginning you will work under the guidance of senior engineers and architects to design and manage various construction projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed architectural plans, analyzing building codes, and collaborating with other members of the construction team to ensure successful project completion. **Responsibilities:** * Assist senior engineers and architects in creating detailed architectural plans using AutoCAD software. * Analyze building codes and ensure that all plans comply with local regulations. * Conduct on\-site visits to inspect ongoing construction projects and provide technical support to construction teams. * Collaborate with other members of the construction team, including contractors, to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. * Manage project documentation, including plans, budgets, and progress reports. * Attending meetings with clients to present project updates and discuss any issues or concerns. * Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in architecture and engineering. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or a related field * Target Years of Experience: 4 \- 5 Years * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS office tools. * Proficiency in Revit software (preferred). * Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental regulations. * Experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling. * Availability of a valid Saudi driving license and a car. **Working Place:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia **Starting Date:** As soon as possible. **Contract Period:** 1 years – Renewable. **Direct Manager:** Projects Manager.
