About Us We are a newly established multidisciplinary architectural and engineering firm based in Doha, delivering design and engineering solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed\-use developments in Qatar. As a growing firm, we offer the opportunity to make a real impact from the ground up while working on projects ranging from office fit\-outs to large\-scale commercial towers. Job Summary We are looking for a talented and detail\-oriented Architect to join our growing team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, producing technical drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet client requirements and local regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities * Develop architectural design concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed\-use projects * Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and technical drawings in compliance with Qatar building codes and municipality regulations * Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure full design integration * Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and verify design compliance * Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle * Prepare presentation materials, 3D renderings, and design reports for client approvals * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree is a plus) * Minimum relevant experience, preferably within the GCC/Qatar market * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite * Strong knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and municipality approval processes (Ashghal, Kahramaa, etc.) * Excellent communication, coordination, and client\-facing skills * Valid Qatar driving license preferred Preferred Qualifications * Eligibility for registration with Qatar's Urban Planning and Development Authority (or equivalent professional body) * Experience with office fit\-out, commercial tower, or mixed\-use development projects * Bilingual (English/Arabic) is an advantage What We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience * Visa sponsorship and health insurance * Opportunity to work on high\-profile projects across Qatar * Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): * Do you currently hold a valid Qatar residency/work permit, or would you require visa sponsorship? * Can you share a portfolio or work samples with your application? * What is your notice period or earliest available start date? * Do you hold a valid Qatar driving license? * What is your expected salary?
