In this role you will get to independently perform a wide variety of conventional and moderately complex architectural assignments, applying architectural design standards, practices, and techniques to develop innovative and compliant design solutions. **What You'll Be Doing:** * Conduct architectural studies, develop design concepts and design criteria, and prepare related reports. * Review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and presentation materials prepared by architectural design teams. * Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, regulations, and client requirements. * Prepare construction specifications and detailed material and equipment requisitions, coordinating with suppliers as needed. * Coordinate architectural work with engineering and construction teams throughout project execution. * Review, approve, and issue detailed design and construction drawings and specifications. * Provide technical guidance and support to Architectural Designers and Drafters assigned to projects. * Apply professional judgment and architectural expertise to develop original and practical design solutions. * Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (or equivalent); Master’s Degree is preferred. * Minimum 5 years of related architectural design experience. * Professional Architect registration/license is required. * Working knowledge of architectural design standards, practices, techniques, and industry concepts. * Strong understanding of building systems integration, construction methodologies, and documentation standards. * Proficiency in CAD/BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD, as well as other standard design tools. * Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting requirements. * Ability to develop design concepts and translate them into coordinated construction documentation. * Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants, including Structural, MEP, and specialty disciplines. * Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, and construction administration processes. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing defined project scopes. * Strong attention to detail, problem\-solving capabilities, and organizational skills.
