Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. **Job Description:** The Junior Architect is responsible for supporting the supervision and coordination of architectural works on construction projects, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. The role supports the site team in monitoring architectural finishes, design compliance, and coordination with other disciplines within the Parsons scope of work. **What You'll Be Doing:** * Support the review and supervision of architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. * Assist in monitoring construction progress related to architectural finishes and building elements. * Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for compliance with project requirements. * Conduct site inspections to check workmanship, finishes, and general compliance with approved designs. * Identify site issues, defects, or non\-conformances and assist in tracking corrective actions. * Coordinate with structural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure proper integration of architectural works. * Support the preparation of site reports, inspection reports, snagging lists, and progress updates. * Participate in coordination meetings, technical discussions, and site walkthroughs as required. * Assist in ensuring contractor compliance with quality and safety requirements. * Support handover and closeout activities related to architectural scope. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline. * Professional registration or membership is an advantage * Minimum 5\+ years of related experience in architectural works on building construction projects. * Experience in site supervision, architectural design coordination, or construction support is preferred. * Exposure to high\-rise building projects is an advantage. * Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is preferred. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** * Basic knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, construction methods, and detailing. * Familiarity with drawings, specifications, shop drawing reviews, and site inspection processes. * Understanding of coordination requirements between architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
