Architect

**About the Role** MAS Architects is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong creative and technical abilities, excellent knowledge of architectural design and construction requirements, and the ability to manage and coordinate projects from initial concept through completion. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage architectural projects from concept development through completion. * Review client briefs and fully understand project requirements. * Develop creative, functional, and practical architectural design solutions. * Prepare architectural drawings, detailed plans, presentations, and project specifications. * Produce accurate technical drawings and make the necessary revisions. * Review drawings and identify design issues, errors, or inconsistencies. * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other construction professionals. * Guide and collaborate with the in\-house design team. * Ensure that designs comply with Kuwait Municipality regulations, building codes, guidelines, * and quality standards. * Monitor project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and deadlines. * Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved designs. * Prepare project progress reports when required. * Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, technologies, and industry developments. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Proven professional experience as an Architect. * Accreditation from Kuwait Municipality. * Valid membership with the Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE). * Must hold a valid Kuwaiti driving licence. * Must be available to work full\-time. * A strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design and creative skills. * Strong knowledge of building materials, construction details, and quality standards. * Good knowledge of Kuwait building codes and regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and 3ds Max or similar software. * Excellent architectural drawing and technical detailing skills. * Strong creativity and the ability to think and design in three dimensions. * Highly detail\-oriented, with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in architectural * drawings and designs. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * Effective communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. * Good project\-management and time\-management skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. **How to Apply** Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV and portfolio through Indeed.
