Architect Engineer

• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings for high-rise building projects. • Develop detailed construction drawings ensuring compliance with project specifications, consultant requirements, and local authority regulations. • Coordinate architectural shop drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to eliminate clashes before execution. • Review IFC drawings and prepare necessary revisions based on site conditions and consultant comments. • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of architectural works. • Review material submittals, method statements, and architectural samples for compliance with project requirements. • Conduct site inspections to ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved shop drawings and specifications. • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a contracting/construction company. • High-rise building construction experience is mandatory. • Hands-on experience in preparing and coordinating architectural shop drawings is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of construction detailing, finishing works, and construction methodologies. • Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory) ; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an added advantage. • Good understanding of UAE building codes and authority approval processes.
