Responsibilities: We envisage success in this role to include; * Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for a range of building projects. * Prepare concept and schematic design packages, including plans, elevations, diagrams, and presentation materials. * Translate client briefs and project requirements into creative and practical design solutions. * Produce high\-quality design presentations and visualizations for internal and client reviews. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design professionals. * Participate in design workshops, client meetings, and project presentations. * Conduct site and contextual analysis to inform design strategies and project vision. * Ensure designs comply with project requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards. * Assist in design coordination throughout the early design stages of the project lifecycle. * Contribute to the preparation of architectural reports, design narratives, and competition submissions where required. * Stay up to date with emerging architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices. Qualifications: To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 4 \- 7 years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Rhino, Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Sketchup and PhotoShop, Illustrator and In\-Design.
