Arabic FM Engineer

Seeking an experienced Facilities Management Engineer with strong technical knowledge and GCC experience to manage facilities operations, maintenance, and engineering systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage FM, operations, and maintenance activities. * Oversee electrical, mechanical, ELV, control, and BMS systems. * Supervise contractors and maintenance teams. * Ensure compliance with Qatar regulations and QHSE standards. * Monitor preventive/corrective maintenance and prepare reports. * Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * **5\+ years** in FM, Operations, or Maintenance, including **3\+ years GCC experience**. * Experience in commercial, educational, or similar facilities preferred. * Strong knowledge of **Electrical, ELV, Control, and BMS systems**. * Knowledge of Qatar building and QHSE regulations. * Fluent in **English and Arabic**.
