Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results\-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our cosmetics products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of beauty and skincare products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect solutions to their needs. Required: Driving License \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Key Responsibilities: 1\. Sales \& Customer Engagement: * Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. * Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. * Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about product benefits and usage. 2\. Relationship Building: * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and distributors. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. 3\. Product Knowledge \& Promotion: * Stay updated on product features, new launches, and industry trends. * Assist in planning and executing in\-store promotions, events, and campaigns. * Educate clients and partners about new products and promotional offers. 4\. Reporting \& Feedback: * Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in CRM systems. * Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities. * Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports. 5\.
