Arabic Events Specialist

We are currently looking for a qualified **Arabic Events Specialist** with relevant Qatar events experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end events, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and delivery. * Lead creative event planning: themes, venues, decor, entertainment, AV, and catering. * Manage vendors, event companies, suppliers, and stakeholders. * Coordinate with senior management and internal teams. * Lead the events team, prioritizing projects and deliverables. * Build customer and partner relationships and identify new opportunities. * Track the annual events budget and ensure cost\-effective delivery. * Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met. **Qualifications** * Minimum 5 years experience in event planning/staging, including sponsorships. * Relevant Qatar events experience. * Strong English communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in MS Word, Excel \& PowerPoint. * Strong organization, multitasking, and deadline management. * Knowledge of PR, marketing, communications, and sponsorships. * Arabic speaker preferred Pay: QAR9,000\.00 \- QAR11,000\.00 per month Experience: * Events Specialist: 5 years (Required) Language: * Arabic (Required) Work Location: In person
