Application Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist with strong SQL Server expertise and a solid understanding of payroll processes. The ideal candidate will support key business applications and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless system operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, including creating and optimizing stored procedures, functions, and other database components * Provide technical support for Payroll and HRMS applications * Assist with payroll\-related system processes * Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently * Maintain system documentation and provide user training when required **Requirements:** * Must be proficient in SQL Server, PHP, and HTML. * Familiarity with payroll systems and processes * Understanding of Kuwait labor law is a plus * Prior experience in application support * Good communication skills in English and Arabic languages. * Awareness of modern technologies and development environments Work Location: In person
