Application Development & Support Senior Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Architect and develop .NET applications (C\#, ASP.NET MVC) following clean architecture and SOLID principles * Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with enterprise and ERP systems * Own full delivery — from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support * Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production systems to ensure stability and uptime * Mentor team members and enforce coding standards, documentation, and sign\-off processes * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and continuously improve existing systems * Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and process improvement initiatives * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage deliverables with ownership and accountability CORE REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field * 5–8 years of hands\-on .NET development experience (C\#, ASP.NET MVC) in production environments * Strong SQL Server skills — schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning * Solid understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper) * Experience leading or mentoring developers within a structured SDLC environment * Strong communication skills with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders PREFERRED * Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments * ERP system exposure — IFS \& Oracle is a strong advantage * GitLab for source control and team collaboration * BI or reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, or equivalent) WHAT WE OFFER * A senior role with real ownership across enterprise software and manufacturing systems * Cross\-functional exposure across ERP, operations, and business platforms * Collaborative team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement * Competitive compensation aligned with experience and seniority * Long\-term career development in systems architecture and technical leadership
