Android Developer

Join us and explore opportunities at the intersection of business planning and technology in the global digital landscape. **Responsibilities** * Develop mobile banking applications for Android * Maintain and enhance applications by fixing bugs, refactoring code and adding unit tests * Implement new features aligned with functional and performance requirements * Participate in technical discussions and provide insights * Collaborate with team members to improve code quality and consistency * Utilize external data sources and APIs * Explore and implement new technologies for efficient development * Ensure software standards through thorough code reviews * Partner with UX designers, architects, backend developers and QA for high‑quality delivery * Establish and automate continuous testing for delivered features **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field * 3\+ years of experience in native Android development (Java/Kotlin) * Strong knowledge of designing secure, robust and scalable applications * Familiarity with design principles and Google's Android interface guidelines * Experience with Version Control Systems (Git) * Knowledge of test‑driven development and CI/CD processes * Ability to design user‑friendly applications with creativity * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English * Strong analytical thinking for solving complex engineering challenges **Nice to have** * Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 * Background in server‑based application development * Knowledge of mobile application architecture * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies **We offer** * Private healthcare and life insurance * End of service gratuity * Annual air travel tickets for expatriates * Corporate Programs including Employee Referral Program with rewards * Learning and development opportunities including in\-house training and coaching, professional certifications, and courses
