AMI System Operator

The role holder is responsible for monitoring, operating, and supporting the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) systems to ensure reliable communication, system availability, and data integrity between field meters and central systems. The role supports day-to-day AMI operations and assists in maintaining system performance and stability. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in AMI system monitoring, MDM/HES operations or similar environments. • Proficiency in AMI systems and operational software tools. • Knowledge of smart metering technologies and communication protocols. • Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills. • Good communication and teamwork abilities. • Efficiency, Adaptability, Communication, Initiative. • Written and Spoken English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
