مطلوب مدير تسويق ومبيعات – مراكز طبية \| دبي يعلن مركز طبي في دبي عن حاجته إلى **Marketing \& Sales Manager** لديه خبرة قوية في **إدارة التسويق والمبيعات للمراكز الطبية داخل الإمارات**. **المتطلبات والمسؤوليات:** * خبرة مثبتة في **المراكز الطبية أو التجميلية داخل الإمارات**. * إدارة فريق **Marketing, Call Center, Telesales \& Patient Coordinators**. * وضع خطط التسويق والمبيعات وتحقيق الـ **Monthly Targets**. * خبرة في **Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok \& Social Media Marketing**. * متابعة الـLeads وقياس **Cost per Lead, Conversion Rate \& ROI**. * تطوير العروض والحملات لزيادة الحجوزات والمبيعات. * خبرة قوية في **Sales, Upselling \& Patient Conversion**. * تحليل أداء الحملات وإعداد تقارير المبيعات والتسويق. * قيادة وتدريب الفريق ومتابعة الأداء والـKPIs. * يشترط خبرة سابقة ونتائج مثبتة في **القطاع الطبي داخل الإمارات**. **الموقع:** دبي **الراتب:** يحدد حسب الخبرة \+ Incentives/Commission حسب الأداء. **للتقديم:** إرسال الـCV مع توضيح الخبرة والنتائج السابقة عبر WhatsApp: **** **WhatsApp Link :** Pay: From AED10,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
