About the Job This job has 2 parts: * Hands\-on: cutting, assembly, fitting * Lead fabrication team. You give out the daily jobs, check the quality, and solve small problems fast. What You Will Do * Give out jobs to your team every morning. * Work on the line yourself with the team * Check quality before the work goes to the next stage. * Fix small machine problems quickly. Call maintenance for big problems. * Train new workers and apprentices. * Tell the Production Manager about any delay or shortage of material. What We Need From You * Good hands\-on experience in window fabrication * Experience leading or training other workers. * Give instructions Salary and Bonus / 3 Parts **1\. Basic Salary (fixed, every month)** **2\. Team Bonus (based on output)** / **Incentive**: Extra money paid every week or month, based on how much team produces against target. **3\.
