AI Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an experienced **AI Subject Matter Expert (SME)** to provide AI\-domain expertise across both segments — ensuring communication content on AI, GenAI and agentic AI is technically accurate, responsible and credible, and supporting AI\-product\-launch communications and AI\-literacy measures. **Employment Type:** Full\-time employment Responsibilities* Serve as the authority on AI, GenAI, agentic AI and machine\-learning concepts for all programme content. * Review and validate the technical accuracy of AI\-domain content — AI\-product launches, responsible/ethical AI, and safe\-use messaging. * Advise on AI\-literacy modules and awareness measures, and co\-design related survey/assessment items under Segment 3\. * Support executive briefings and AI\-product\-launch communications with subject\-matter credibility. * Guide the Communications team on responsible\-AI messaging, including bias, hallucination and privacy\-conscious usage. * Interpret AI\-adoption signals with the Adoption Analyst and recommend content or intervention adjustments. **Requirements** * 7–11 years in AI / machine learning, data science or applied AI, with recent GenAI / agentic\-AI exposure. * Experience advising or enabling AI adoption in an enterprise setting preferred. * Awareness of responsible\-AI and AI\-governance practices. * AI, GenAI and agentic AI concepts; machine\-learning fundamentals. * Responsible \& ethical AI; AI product adoption and safe\-use practices. * AI\-literacy content and awareness\-measure design. * Translating AI concepts for business audiences; stakeholder advisory. * An AI/ML certification (e.g., Azure AI, Google Professional GenAI/ML, NVIDIA AI) — preferred. * Language: English (fluent).
