AI Specialist Manager

Job Summary We are looking for an **AI Specialist Manager** to lead and support the implementation of Artificial Intelligence technologies across the organization. The ideal candidate will have **2–3 years of hands\-on experience in AI technology**, with a strong understanding of AI tools, automation, prompt engineering, data analysis, and emerging AI solutions. The successful candidate will identify opportunities where AI can improve business processes, productivity, customer experience, and decision\-making. This role will also involve evaluating new AI technologies, implementing practical AI solutions, and supporting employees in effectively using AI tools. Key Responsibilities * Lead the implementation and adoption of AI technologies across different departments. * Identify business processes that can be improved through AI, automation, and digital solutions. * Research, evaluate, and recommend new AI tools and technologies relevant to business needs. * Develop and implement AI\-powered workflows, tools, and automation solutions. * Utilize AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and generative AI tools to improve business efficiency. * Develop effective prompts and AI workflows for different business functions. * Monitor the performance and effectiveness of implemented AI solutions. * Work closely with management and department heads to identify AI opportunities and business requirements. * Provide guidance and training to employees on AI tools, responsible AI usage, and best practices. * Maintain awareness of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, automation, and generative AI. * Assist in integrating AI solutions with existing business systems and software. * Analyze data and provide AI\-driven insights to support management decision\-making. * Ensure AI solutions are used securely, responsibly, and in accordance with company policies. * Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to AI projects and implementations. * Manage multiple AI initiatives and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in **Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering**, or a related field. * **2–3 years of working experience in Artificial Intelligence, AI implementation, automation, or related technology fields.** * Strong practical knowledge of **AI technologies and Generative AI**. * Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms. * Knowledge of **prompt engineering, AI automation, machine learning concepts, and AI\-powered applications**. * Understanding of APIs, workflow automation, and integration of AI tools is an advantage. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Ability to explain technical AI concepts to non\-technical users. * Ability to manage projects and work independently. * Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and continuous learning. Preferred Skills * Experience with AI automation and business process improvement. * Knowledge of Python, APIs, SQL, or other programming technologies is an advantage. * Knowledge of AI agents, RAG, AI assistants, or workflow automation is a plus. * Experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment is highly preferred. * Experience in real estate, construction, facility management, or other service\-based industries is an advantage.
