AI Specialist Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and innovative **AI Specialist Manager** to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of AI solutions across our business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying AI opportunities, managing AI projects, implementing automation solutions, and ensuring that AI technologies are effectively integrated into business processes. Experience in **real estate, property technology, sales, marketing, or business automation** is an advantage. Key Responsibilities * Lead the company's AI initiatives and develop practical AI strategies aligned with business objectives. * Identify opportunities to implement AI and automation across sales, marketing, customer service, HR, and operations. * Manage the development and implementation of AI\-powered applications, tools, and workflows. * Lead AI projects from planning and development through implementation and optimization. * Work closely with management and different departments to understand business requirements and recommend suitable AI solutions. * Manage and coordinate with AI developers, software developers, and external technology providers when required. * Evaluate AI platforms, software, APIs, automation tools, and emerging technologies. * Develop and implement AI\-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, workflow automation, data analysis, and other business solutions. * Monitor the performance and effectiveness of AI systems and continuously identify areas for improvement. * Ensure AI solutions are properly integrated with existing CRM, websites, databases, and business applications. * Research the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, automation, and AI technologies. * Establish guidelines and best practices for the responsible and effective use of AI within the organization. * Train and guide employees on the use of AI tools and technologies. * Prepare reports and recommendations for management regarding AI initiatives, performance, and business impact. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in AI, AI management, digital transformation, technology strategy, or a similar position. * Strong understanding of **Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI automation, and AI\-powered applications**. * Experience working with AI tools, APIs, automation platforms, and software integrations. * Strong understanding of business process automation and digital transformation. * Experience managing AI or technology\-related projects. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, leadership, and communication skills. * Ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions. * Knowledge of AI applications in **real estate, sales, marketing, or customer service** is an advantage. * Experience with CRM systems, databases, cloud platforms, or software development is an advantage. * **Must be currently available in Bahrain.** * **Immediate joiners are preferred.** Work Location: In person
