AI Specialist Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an innovative and experienced **AI Specialist Manager** to lead the implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions that enhance real estate sales, marketing, customer service, and business operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI technologies, automation, data analytics, and digital transformation, with experience in the real estate industry considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement AI strategies to improve business efficiency and support company objectives. * Design and manage AI\-powered solutions for lead generation, customer engagement, sales, and marketing automation. * Integrate AI tools into CRM systems, websites, and business workflows. * Build and optimize AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated customer support systems. * Analyze business data and generate insights to support decision\-making and improve sales performance. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams to identify opportunities for AI\-driven process improvements. * Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies relevant to the real estate industry. * Monitor AI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous optimization. * Train employees on AI tools and promote best practices for AI adoption across departments. * Ensure AI solutions comply with company policies, security standards, and data privacy regulations. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in AI development, machine learning, automation, or digital transformation. * Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar AI technologies. * Knowledge of prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI integration tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n. * Experience with CRM platforms, data analytics, and business intelligence tools. * Programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript is an advantage. * Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory. * Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Candidates must be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
