AI Specialist Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and innovative **AI Specialist Manager** to lead the implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions that enhance business operations, marketing, sales, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI technologies, automation, and data\-driven decision\-making. Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not required. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with business objectives. * Identify opportunities to automate business processes using AI tools and technologies. * Design, deploy, and manage AI\-powered applications such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and workflow automation. * Integrate AI solutions with CRM systems, websites, and other business platforms. * Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations teams to improve productivity and customer experience. * Utilize AI to generate marketing content, analyze customer behavior, and optimize lead generation. * Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions. * Monitor AI system performance and ensure continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards. * Prepare reports and present AI project progress and business impact to management. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. * Proven experience in AI implementation, machine learning, automation, or related technologies. * Experience managing AI projects or leading technical teams is preferred. * Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and automation tools. * Experience with Python, AI APIs, and workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n is an advantage. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
