AI Automation & Integration Specialist

Location: Kuwait Employment Type: Full\- Time Work Arrangement: On\- Site We are looking for a talented AI Automation \& Integration Specialist to join our team and help us automate business processes, integrate AI tools, and build smart solutions that improve efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement AI\- powered automation for business processes. Integrate AI tools and APIs with existing systems and software. Build automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools. Work with APIs, webhooks, databases, and third\- party integrations. Automate repetitive tasks across sales, customer service, operations, and internal processes. Explore and implement AI solutions using LLMs such as ChatGPT and other AI platforms. Develop chatbots and AI assistants where required. Connect AI automation with ERP, CRM, websites, and other business systems. Identify manual processes that can be improved or fully automated. Test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation workflows. Requirements Strong experience in AI automation and workflow development. Good knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations. Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages. Experience with AI APIs and LLM\- based applications. Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms is a strong advantage. Experience integrating ERP/CRM systems is preferred. Strong problem\- solving and analytical skills. Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical automation solutions. Ability to work independently and suggest better automation approaches. What We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who only knows how to use AI tools. We want someone who can understand a business process, identify what can be automated, design the workflow, integrate the required systems, and deliver a working solution. Candidates with hands\- on experience in AI agents, workflow automation, API integrations, ERP automation, and custom AI solutions are highly encouraged to apply.
