Agile Delivery Manager

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a servant leader to newly formed Service team • Support the team in maximizing their full potential without coercion, assigning, or dictating who does the work or how it is carried out • Identify impediments, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles that occur • Coach the team on how to use the Agile framework, and guide them to greater Agile maturity (being Agile vs doing Agile) • Help build a productive environment where team members feel a collective responsibility, and are able to voice opinions and concerns • Partner with Product Owner and Service Owners to handle backlog and new requests • Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and quality standards • Be the point of contact for the team and effectively manage business expectations in collaboration with the Product Owner • Where there are interdependencies, communicate and co-ordinate with other Scrum Masters to orchestrate technical collaboration between teams • Monitor value delivered by the team, and facilitate team retrospectives to identify ways to optimize value creation for business users and customers • Responsible for the delivery of the features / initiatives for their Service Team. They make sure that requirements are on the backlog, are prioritized and worked upon for timely implementation. • Maintaining / tracking the program schedule and ensure timely reporting /escalation • Maintaining / tracking / reporting the project risks / issues / change register for avoiding any impact on the program delivery • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. • 5+ years of experience in Agile project or product management, with a proven track record of successful delivery. • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry, understanding complex software development environments.
