Agentic AI Instructor

CODED is hiring an **AI Automation Instructor** to teach a hands\-on program for business owners, managers, consultants and professionals who want to build AI systems that actually run their work, not just chat with them. This is a teaching role for someone who **builds**. Our trainees are not developers, so you will be explaining things simply — but you will be building live in front of the room, fixing things when they break, and helping people adapt what they learn to their own companies. That means you need to genuinely know how these systems work underneath, not just how to click through a tutorial. You do not need a Computer Science degree or a software engineering background. You need proof that you have built real AI automations and that you can explain them to someone who has never built one. How the engagement works: This is a **part\-time, contract role built around cohorts**. When a cohort runs, you are booked for that cohort — its sessions, the prep, and mentoring trainees through their capstone projects. Between cohorts there is no fixed commitment on either side. This suits a consultant, freelancer or automation professional who wants to teach alongside their own client work, and it is a good fit if you want your teaching load to be predictable per cohort rather than open\-ended. Cohorts recur, and instructors who deliver well get booked again. What you will do: * Deliver interactive, workshop\-style sessions — live building and guided practice, not slide decks. * Build AI\-powered workflows live: connecting AI models to email, calendars, databases, documents and messaging tools. * Set up triggers, actions, structured outputs, approval steps, API calls and cross\-tool automations in front of trainees. * Diagnose and fix problems on the spot — broken connections, failed triggers, mismatched data, API errors. * Explain the "why" behind every step so trainees can rebuild it in their own workplace with different tools. * Mentor trainees through capstone projects, from the business problem to a working, tested system. * Teach safe automation: when a human must approve, what to log, what to validate, what could go wrong. * Prepare and test every demo before class, and flag curriculum steps that platform updates have broken. * Keep up as AI tools change — and tell the team what has changed. What we are looking for (required): * You have personally built AI automations or AI\-powered workflows — not just used AI tools. * At least one of them was **agentic**: it ran on a trigger or a schedule and took real action without you prompting it each time. * You have connected multiple systems together in a single workflow. * You have had an automation break, and you can explain how you found the problem and fixed it. * You have used AI models for real tasks — extracting data, classifying, routing, deciding, generating, or using tools. * You understand, at a practical level: triggers, APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON / structured data, and when a human needs to approve something. * You can pick up an unfamiliar automation tool quickly and rebuild the same pattern in it. * You have taught, trained, facilitated, mentored, consulted or presented to professional audiences — formal teaching experience is not required if you can clearly show you communicate well. * You can explain a technical idea to a complete beginner without losing them and without misleading them. * You are based in Kuwait and can deliver in person, and you can commit to a cohort's full schedule once you accept it. Nice to have (an advantage, not a requirement): * Production experience with n8n. * Claude Desktop / MCP experience. * WhatsApp / Meta API experience. * ElevenLabs or other AI voice workflow experience. * Airtable automation experience. * Previous automation consulting or digital transformation work. * AI workflows built for real organisations, not only personal projects. * Experience teaching adults, managers, founders or corporate teams. * A public portfolio: demo videos, workflow screenshots, diagrams, GitHub, Loom walkthroughs, case studies or client project write\-ups. * A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Information Systems, Business or Education — welcome, but not required. * You already work independently — consultant, freelancer or agency — and can invoice as a contractor.
