As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our affiliate marketing program. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective affiliate marketing strategies to expand our online presence, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue growth and profitability. Your expertise will contribute to fostering strong relationships with affiliates and clients while optimizing affiliate campaigns to achieve desired results. **Summary of Role** As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our affiliate marketing program. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective affiliate marketing strategies to expand our online presence, increase brand visibility, and drive revenue growth and profitability. Your expertise will contribute to fostering strong relationships with affiliates and clients while optimizing affiliate campaigns to achieve desired results. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal communication). Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably with e\-commerce brands. Experience working with Saudi and GCC\-based affiliates is a plus. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, strategies, and industry best practices. Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools such as SEMrush, HubSpot, and Front. Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication skills. Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain long\-term partnerships. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to innovate. Experience working in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment. **Responsibilities**: Develop and execute affiliate retention strategies in alignment with company goals and objectives. Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates to maximize their performance and drive revenue growth. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned affiliates. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide strategic recommendations to improve affiliate performance. Identify growth opportunities and develop action plans to maximize affiliate contribution. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams and clients to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns, promotions, and materials. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve campaign objectives. Act as a stakeholder for all Affiliate Marketing Products and get actively involved in deciding on features and testing effectiveness.
