Job description
The Aesthetic and Beauty Specialist is responsible for providing skincare, haircare, body care, and non-medical aesthetic treatments in the clinic while adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. The role involves following the clinic’s protocols and the instructions of the supervising physician or manager, assessing clients’ needs, providing appropriate consultations, and delivering treatments tailored to each client’s skin condition to achieve optimal results and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide professional skincare, haircare, body care, and facial treatment services within the clinic.
• Perform non-medical aesthetic treatments in accordance with the clinic’s established protocols.
• Assist in assessing clients’ skin conditions and recommending the most suitable treatments or services.
• Provide consultations on skincare and haircare, and recommend appropriate products based on individual needs.
• Strictly adhere to infection control, sterilization, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and tools before and after each session.
• Maintain accurate client records and document all treatments and services provided.
• Coordinate with physicians and the medical team whenever necessary to ensure appropriate patient care.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and client privacy.
• Promote the clinic’s services and retail products to support business and sales objectives.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and products in aesthetics and skincare.
• Comply with all clinic policies, procedures, quality standards, and occupational health and safety requirements.
